1 cup of white Karo corn syrup
1 cup of dark brown sugar
1 cup of pecans, heaping
1/3 cup of melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
a dash of vanilla
a pinch of salt
Mix well and pour into unbaked 9”
pastry pie shell.
Bake at 350°F. for
45-50 minutes.
Top with whipped
cream or ice cream.
So easy and delicious...
